This policy explains how Pelmy Plus Medical S.A. processes personal data when you visit pelmyplusmedical.com or contact us through it, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

2. What data we collect
When you use the contact form: your full name, hospital, clinic or company, email address, phone number (optional), the product you are interested in (optional), the type of request and your message.
When you email or call us: the details you choose to share with us.
When you browse the website: the hosting server automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the date and time of the request. We do not use analytics or advertising tools on this website.
Please do not send us patient data or other health information through the contact form or by email.
3. Why we use your data and on what legal basis

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it.
4. Who receives your data
Your data is processed by our staff who handle your request. It may also be processed, on our behalf and under a data processing agreement, by:
- our website hosting provider, based in Greece;
- our email service provider;
- the company that supports the technical maintenance of our website, only when needed for that maintenance.
If your enquiry concerns a specific product and an answer requires the manufacturer's input, we will ask for your agreement before sharing your details with the manufacturer. We disclose data to public authorities only when the law requires it.
5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.
6. Map on the Contact page
The Contact page shows an image of our location, hosted on our own server. No data is sent to a third party when you view it. If you click "Open in Google Maps", you leave our website and Google's privacy policy applies.
7. How long we keep your data
- Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship: up to 12 months after our last communication.
- Enquiries that lead to a business relationship: for as long as the relationship lasts and afterwards for the periods required by tax and commercial law.
- Server security logs: up to 90 days.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability, under the conditions of the GDPR. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, 1-3 Kifisias Ave., 11523 Athens, Greece, www.dpa.gr.
9. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS) for the whole website and protection of the contact form against automated abuse.
10. Links to other websites
Our website links to other websites, such as LinkedIn and Google Maps. We are not responsible for how those websites process personal data; please read their own privacy policies.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
