Endourology disposables
Innovex supplies a complete single-use range for endourology and stone management: ureteral access sheaths, stone extraction baskets, ureteral dilation balloon catheters, urological guidewires, double J ureteral stents, sampler sets and grasping forceps. Each device is individually packed.
- Ureteral access sheaths, standard and suction
- Nitinol stone extraction baskets
- Dilation balloon catheters
- Guidewires and double J stents
Ureteral access sheaths
The standard sheath is built from a PTFE inner layer, a Pebax outer layer and a stainless steel coil in between, with hydrophilic coating on both sheath and dilator. A scale on the sheath helps control insertion length, the big single-hand hub is easy to operate and the transition between sheath and dilator is smooth and seamless. Sizes range from 10Fr to 12Fr inner diameter in 35 cm and 45 cm lengths.
- PTFE inner, Pebax outer, stainless steel coil
- Hydrophilic sheath and dilator
- Scale for insertion depth
- 10, 11, 12Fr x 35 or 45 cm
Stone-GoGo suction sheaths with flexible tip
The Stone-GoGo sheath combines negative pressure with a flexible tip that is reinforced to prevent collapse. Suction force is regulated by moving a silicone slider to adjust the opening of the vent, and two suture holes help reduce sheath movement during use. A dual-lumen Stone-GoGo-Dual version has a tapered dilator with 2 working channels of 3Fr.
- Adjustable suction via silicone slider
- Reinforced flexible tip
- Two suture holes for stability
- 10 to 12Fr x 40 or 50 cm
Stone extraction baskets
Nitinol wire baskets in 4-wire tipless (Whisper-Clear) and 3-wire (Whistle-Clear) designs, on a 1.9Fr sheath. The multi-layer sheath, two polymer layers with braided stainless steel wire in between, provides strength and flexibility, and the handle is ergonomic. Baskets open to 8 mm or 11 mm with a 1300 mm working length.
- 4-wire tipless and 3-wire nitinol
- 1.9Fr sheath
- 8 mm or 11 mm basket, 130 cm length
Dilation balloons, guidewires and stents
Ureteral dilation balloons come in a guidewire type (N-range) and a ureteroscope type (M-range) with a soft-tip guidewire mounted on the balloon, which passes through the working channel of a rigid ureteroscope so the balloon can be placed under direct vision; the 4 mm balloon also passes a flexible ureteroscope. Both have hydrophilic coating, a radiopaque marker and an inflator included. Guidewires cover fixed-core and nitinol core PU and hybrid designs in .032 and .035 inch, and Whistle-Flow PU double J stents carry a TomTech surface treatment to improve anti-encrustation.
- Balloons 4 to 7 mm x 40 to 60 mm
- Placement under direct vision (M-range)
- Guidewires .032" and .035" x 150 cm
- Double J stents up to 1 or 12 months indwelling
